Maybe you could tell us what you are trying to accomplish?

    1. The use of a product key for Windows 10 is to establish the license for Windows 10. Once the license is established with a product key, it is stored on Microsoft Activation servers for that edition of Windows and that specific computer. You can't do anything to delete the digital license for a computer because it is stored on Microsoft Activation servers that you do not have access to.

    2. You can check for a Windows product key stored in UEFI or BIOS by using Showkey Plus:
    ShowKeyPlus

    3. I don't think you can open a Command Prompt (Admin) from powershell, but I might be wrong. Just click the start icon and start typing command. Command Prompt will appear at the top of the list, and in the options to the right of the list will be Run As Administrator. Click on Run as Administrator.

A license key is used to activate Windows 10. Once activated there is a digital license for the PC stored on the MS activation servers and linked to the hardware ID of the PC. You then no longer need the key to reinstall Windows 10, you can clean install the same edition (Home or Pro) and skip entering a key. It will activate from the digital license as soon as it can contact the activation servers.

    2. how do we know if code/key is "OEM product key embedded in UEFI firmware chip" - how to check?

Since Windows 8.0 all PCs supplied with an OEM pre-installed Windows have their key embedded in the firmware (this replaces the CoA sticker of Windows 7 or earlier). This key can be read by Setup during a clean install, when found it will skip asking for a key or which edition to install, it uses the key from the firmware to determine that and to activate Windows 10. You can read the key from the firmware with ShowKeyPlus

    3. how to open 'elevated Comm+ Prompt' with powershell? or you cant?

In an elevated powershell window you can type CMD to run cmd.exe and get a command prompt, type exit to return to powershell.

Ok , I am curious why would you need to open CMD , from Powershell?
Powershell was intended to be the replacement of cmd and can do more?

Sorry I can't think of any reason for it?

The OP asked if it was possible, and it is. No, I can't think of a good reason for doing it that way either. NavyLCDR's method from the Start menu is the one I normally use when I want a command prompt.

if code/key was a digital code/key then most liekly like 90% chance it wont be "OEM product key embedded in UEFI firmware chip"

is that accurate? something embeeded in w/e firmware chip probably wont have been digital?
