I'm trying to learn what information "Susan Bradley’s Master Patch List" on AskWoody.com provides before subscribing to it.

Those "various issues" after patches aren't really informative
The "various issues" is only what's already listed as fixed issues in each Microsoft update KB article.
The value, if any, of the Master Patch List is the "Safe to install?" column.
But it's intended for business administrators:
In general, the Master Patch List is aimed at Businesses/IT who are usually under time constraints to get their machines patched, but usually have the convenience of test machines to catch the bugs first.

Haven't looked at it in years, but Susan used to post it with commentary on the old Windows Secrets site.
It was a good resource for home and SOHO (Small Office, Home Office) users back in the day.
One more thing.. If you are seeking some info about updates (monthly, or in between), I find SecurityGarden site very informative. It is run by Corrine, long time MVP ..
used to check things there, but nowadays I find most of the thing here on TF
