Correct. Mine says 8AM to 5PM if I go into the setting. The 4AM to 9PM is the message before that where it says "We notice that you regularly use your device....". It's not a big deal I just was trying to confirm with someone who has the same as me to see if it is a default on some as Edwin shows the same. My other two PCs show about the right hours of "regular use" around 12PM to 9PM. Just the one shows from 4AM. When I first saw 4AM I kind of was worried. My PCs stay on for days sometimes, but I do lock them, so I was thinking someone was accessing the one from 4AM until I found others with the exact same times.
