Updates waking my computer from hibernate

Windows update turns my computer on from hibernate during the middle of the night
Worse it often then force restarts my computer potentially resulting in lost data (I only ever put it in hibernate when I want everything to still be open when I turn it back on)

I could understand this happening if my computer was in sleep but it was in hibernate which (ignoring the contents of the RAM being stored on the SSD/HDDs) is no different from a shutdown

It there any way to disable this behaviour in windows 10 (build 19041.508)

    Restart:
    a. Active hours (may not help overnight)
    b. See bottom setting:

Theory is that if in hibernation, update should not wake PC: this might help:
Will Windows 10 Update If My Computer Is in Sleep Mode?

I've come here in search of a solution after experiencing this problem overnight myself.

    The problem is two-fold:

    1. It's indeed Windows Update forcing a restart overnight. In my case, I have Reboot disabled in Task Scheduler, but something has somehow created a One Time Trigger anyways, which hada date/time corresponding to when my computer restarted in the wee hours this morning... Incredible that Microsoft is writing its OS to do this.

    2. It wouldn't even be such a big problem for most if Modern Standby weren't a thing. But it is... So we sometimes end up with the laptop in Modern Standby overnight, when you wanted it to be hibernated; and then it restarts, and does its battery drain or general heating up overnight, because that's what Modern Standby does to laptops...

Should be easily avoided- see my post #2
