    How am i suppose to install those cab files downloaded by the program?

    You can use a tool like 7Zip to unlock the cab file and you should have the updates to install.
    http://www.7-zip.org/download.html - It's free and I use it all of the time.

    umm, i know how to open a zip file, how to i install it ? there are random files inside the cab file, there's no exe inside to install anything, so how do i install it ?

    Wow.. I don't think I would use any of those without a serious virus check first. Oh and a malware check as well.

    I don't really trust the source of that program, ..

    well that defeats the who purpose of ease to use and way too complicated for me to do that for ever cab updates. aren't there any easy methods? like a update manager or of sorts?

    Downloading offline Windows Updates and installing them is not supposed to be easy, according to MS.

    Usually it is done by network administrators, so it involves command lines and tools with an unpleasant GUI.

    EDIT: You can create ISO and add updates on the go and then just install it with all updates included.
    You can use something like https://www.ntlite.com , a free version would suffice for that.
