I did try the in-place upgrade.
Thanks for the log file. This one was too new.

Therefore I would have liked to have a look at all the files in the CBS folder.

Can you please explain in more detail why the in-place upgrade failed?

Did you get a BSOD? Did you get an error message with a rollback code?

    Friendly greetings

I get a page fault Blue Screen and it rolls back the update no matter how I try to install it.

Please open the Windows Explorer and navigate to: C:\Windows\Minidump.

If you have files from the crash in the folder, upload them to wetransfer.com and share the link here please.

Blue Screen Analysis is not my area of expertise, but I would still have a look.

Yes. There is nothing in the files to worry about.

    Thanks.

Here is a screenshot from the Windows Debugger:

TeeDriverw8x64 is the Intel Management Driver.

Can you please look in the UEFI from the motherboard to see if the function: Intel Smart Connect is activate.
    And if so, disable them.

Yah I've been reading this update isn't compatible with some versions of Intel Management Engine, though I tried to update mine and it wouldn't let me.

Intel Smart Connect is and has always been disabled btw...
