    Hi zbook
Are we just running through a standard set of things to do or have you not been able to identify and issues with what i have sent?
I really appreciate your help but it seems like so much stuff to do for 1 error?

The BSOD need to be fixed.
The computer is being tuned up.
Then upgrade attempt(s) will be made.
If they work then you're set.
If they fail then logs will be scanned for further troubleshooting.
If troubleshooting works then you're set.
If troubleshooting doesn't work then you can perform reset, refresh, custom, or clean install.

    HI

So do you want me to boot from the USB i have just created for Win 10 2004?
When i boot i get to cmd prompt re instructions.

    Do i use option 1 or 2 ?
    Am i repairing ?

Sorry i am a little confused at this point how can i bring up 3 notepads in a cmd prompt ?
Or does it fully open windows and opens cmd prompt?

What am i supposed to do you have just given me a list it means nothing to me!
Or do i type them into cmd and take a picture with my phone after doing each one then upload?

You say take pictures but then you say copy paste from cmd prompt !!!!!!!!

    diskpart
    lis dis
    lis vol
    sel dis 0
    det dis
    lis par
    exit

    Type:
    notepad
    notepad
    notepad
    (3 notepads should open)
(use them as needed for copy and paste from command prompt and save to a flash drive)
(or take pictures and post images into the thread)

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

HD Tune full error scan are all green
I have asked above about chkdsk but not had a reply post #19

Please clarify i have my USB ready

For the bootable windows 10 iso:
    a) boot the computer using the iso > repair > troubleshoot > command prompt
    b) open notepad so that you can paste into it and save to a flash drive
(instead of using notepad you can take pictures with a camera or smartphone camera)
    d) display results for:

    Code:
    diskpart
    lis dis
    lis vol
    sel dis 0
    det dis
    lis par
    sel dis 1
    det dis
    lis par
    sel dis 2
    det dis
    lis par
    sel dis 3
    det dis
    lis par
    sel dis 4
    det dis
    lis par
    exit

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

Once these results are posted run chkdsk commands on each drive: chkdsk /r /v W:
(change the letter W: to the drive letters displayed in the diskpart results.)
    (for example: chkdsk /r /v D:)

    D:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    Chkdsk /r /v C:
    Code:
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.

Windows has made corrections to the file system.

    See post #20

    Make a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

Start Windows driver verifier with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link:

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
