I don't know if this could be helpful, but it indicates drivers for XP on Hewlett Packard Compaq Nx6320 must be 64-bit according to this article published Aug 9, 2020

Post #20 "Initially the windows 10 update offered me the update to windows 10 1909, the computer downloads it and starts installing it but then automatically uninstalls it. I tried to do the clean installation of windows 10 1909 but the hp conpaq ns 6320 notebook crashes and in order to reopen it I had to use the recovery disk format it and then reinstall windows 7 w windows 10 1803 which installs regularly so I have the doubt to which no one has answered me yet that perhaps the hp compac nc 6320 nonm notebook is suitable for installing windows 10 1909"

Could he not perform a compatibility check so it doesn't go through the whole attempted install process if he has got the setup files? I know that you could do this on Win 7 but I am not sure about Win 10.
