I disabled Windows update from services.msc and enabled but still no fix.
Hi, are those meant to be screenshots? If so, please repost them using forum features, else perhaps no-one will look at them- use the icon above your post 'Insert Image' left of the video icon. Tutorial available if needed.
Also the forum prompted you for your full Windows build number - so we don't have to keep asking.
- KB number please? 'latest' is not the same for everyone by any means.latest (maybe) update
If an update, not a feature update (upgrade) two basic steps:
- run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and post a screenshot of the result.
- reset WU

As you have version 2004 asnd are having a problem with the update

I suggest you disable Panda Security temporarily and try the update again
If that does not work I suggest you leave Panda disabled - temporarily and on the link above go to the update catalogue
and download directly from there.

You want the fourth one down and click download
another window will open, click the link on that
save the download and then run it
Remember to renable Panda - however my recommendation would be to use the included Defender as your AV
There is little doubt that Windows Security Centre (Defender) is the most suitable for 10 - it is 100% compatible, 100% of the time.
This of course presumes that your sysytem spec is up to date and you are using Panda
