    1909 Update broke stuff

    Well here we go,

After the 1909 update this morning, My Strafe RGB Mk2 keyboard is no longer recognized by my iCUE software and now Paintshop Pro X6 will no longer open or save an image. Not shjure what else is broken yet. Running WIndows Pro 64 1909 (OS Build 18363.959). Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi, assuming you mean an update of 1909 rather than a feature update (upgrade) to the 1909 build, you could try uninstalling whatever update you may have received (check your Update History to be sure- including driver updates at the bottom).

If it was an update and not a feature update and you have a suitable System Restore point (having at some time enabled System Restore) then you could use that restore point.

Assuming you use disk imaging routinely as is so, so often recommended here, then if you have a suitable disk image created before this you could restore that. (E.g. Macrium Reflect...)

With latest 1909 CU, my iCue software is working fine as well as all my other software. That said, it may be as simple as just reinstalling said problematic software.
