Actually no, I don't. For extracting the key from any system, running or not, I use ShowKeyPlus.
As long as you can access the drive where Windows is installed (say, by putting it in a usb enclosure) you can use its 'Retrieve key' option. Useful for getting the key from a system that won't boot.
