This is your response to the recommendation of using wumt that was first suggested in post #3 and again later. It sounds very much like you've dismissed this solution without trying it. I've been using wumt since January and have not experienced any surprise windows updates or driver updates. This solution works for many PCs. If it doesn't work for yours, instead of dismissing the solution, why not try to understand why it doesn't work and try to solve the problem.

There's no magic answer to fix or tweak every last PC in the free world, some PCs require modifications to the standard solutions. If your PC doesn't respond positively to the solutions that others are successfully using, it might be time to learn why and what makes your PC different. Of all the potential fixes presented in this thread, I assure you that one or more will work on your PC if you make the effort.
Again i didn't dismissed anything. I literally went one by one and tried everything... Btw how wutm stop updates? It is just program for manually getting updates. You need also sledghammer script.

How would i know, i didn't made that script. I downloaded it from link of original poster here. I had no corruptions and after running script, sfc /scannow found corruptions. Again this could be only, because it changed/deleted some files. But nothing harmful, dunno. But i don't want to risk it. It didn't worked for driver updates anyways, i could still get automatic driver updates...

There is definitely no corruption. The script has locked the system files that force automatic updates.
sfc /scannow considers the locked files as corrupted files.

If you need to run the command "sfc /scannow" mentioned in this tutorial, you firstly have to run "Undo everything.cmd", which will unlock the system files previously locked by "Disable hijackers.cmd". Otherwise, errors will arise because the locked files cannot be read by System File Checker (sfc.exe). After running "sfc /scannow" and finishing the related operations, you may re-run "Disable hijackers.cmd".

I was able to solve the issue I was having with automatic driver installations in Windows 10 21H2 by disabling the Device Setup Manager (DsmSvc) service in Windows. More information here...

I begin to realize that disabling the Device Setup Manager (DsmSvc) service has some unexpected drawbacks & side effects, such as some devices "not showing up" in the Devices and Printers window and when connecting new usb flash drives with the DsmSvc disabled, the Eject usb drive function (not the eject device tray icon) is either missing or grayed out as if the built-in drivers for these flash drives were not properly configured & installed without the DsmSvc running and should normally appear in the Devices and Printers window.

so this is not an ideal nor perfect solution as it has some caveats/flaws - use with caution
