    Windows 10 update options

Hey guys have a question, is their a way for updates to give u a option when to download and install, for example if theirs a update I would like it to say updates available and option to download. I pause my updates often but if theirs this option I would like it. Thanks !

Look in to the free tools Windows Automatic Updates Manager, and Windows Update MiniTool.

    Thanks !

Your specs say you have Pro. If so then yes, there is a group policy for that. See Option Two, Step 6 in this tutorial.

I do not want to disable updates, just wondering if I can see the update and download when i want like a option.

    They are.

We have been using Windows Automatic Updates Manager for a while now.

    No issues.

You didn't bother to read Option Two Step 6, did you? In Brink's tutorial it says it will do exactly what you ask, it will notify you that there's an update to download, then wait for you to say when to download it.:

    6. To Set Windows Update to Notify for Download and Auto Install Updates (Recommended)

    A) Select (dot) Enabled at the top. (see screenshot below)
    B) Select 2. Notify for download and auto install or in the "Configure automatic updating" drop down menu under Options, click/tap on OK, and go to step 8 below.
