To upgrade to 1909 you would now need to get a 1909 ISO, mount it, then run the Setup.exe you'll find there to start an in-place upgrade.

Microsoft no long offer the links to get a 1909 ISO, even though the ISO is still on their servers. You can use Option Six in this tutorial to get a 1909 ISO direct from Microsoft.

However @kitpzyxmsir, your specs say you have Pro. If you are on 1903 you should be able to get 1909 offered again in Windows Update if you go into Windows Update's advanced settings and defer Feature Updates for enough days so that it will not be offered yet.

Updating 1903 to 1909 through Windows Update is the preferred option, as it just installs a small enablement package that turns on the dormant 1909 features that are already in your 1903 system files.

2004 was released on 27th May, so 30 days should be enough, you shouldn't see 2004 offered again until next week. Set the defer for 30 days, then check for updates again.
