Temporarily uninstall: iSpy
Logon with the new user named test.
Perform an in place upgrade repair while logged on with the new user.
iSpy uninstalled.
Tried an upgrade with the test user account.
It still fails at 37%.

Edit - iSpy didn't totally uninstall it turns out.

No change. It still fails.
Please run Sea Tools for Windows long generic test again overnight and post images of the results into the thread.
Also run Sea Tools bootable and post images of the results into this thread;

Solved.
The disk was dying and SeaTools came back with 'Long Generic - Failed'.
A clean install on a new disk and then upgrading to 2004 has worked.

Was there one or two tests with Sea Tools long generic?
The comment in post #7 indicated pass and the comment in post #27 indicated fail.
Please clarify.
