Updated today, unable to boot, refer to BIOS.

    WIN 10 Pro 1903+
Ok, so I updated it to the latest updates today, everything went well till I was asked to restart PC.

On restart it could not load Windows 10 Pro, nothing just a message, press F1, same thing twice around with reboots, bad situation.

So I decide to switch it off. (Internet disconnected)
-Switcth on, now it ask me to do a repair, yes..., no mention of no bootable thing.
-So it did a repair, then suddenly it continued with installing the some of the updates procedures, similar as what usually happens.
-So I did that, and after a while it was restored, I logged in, all seems ok. resterted twice, ok.
-Reconnect to internet, updated fully accept one windows Defender antivirus update(small)
-Restarted it twice again staying connected to internet, no problems, updated fully, all seems ok, nothing missing it seems.

Does what happened here sounds fimliliar, or any guess as to what happened, I never experience a non bootable drive on this PC.-?

Hi, I had something similar happen- not to 2004, but a different feature update, as I'm staying with 1903 for a couple of reasons for now.

Exactly the same- except I'd left it overnight- had to force shut down. And as you say it recovered.

What I then did was, using my downloaded iso file, to reattempt the upgrade but without accepting updates as part of the upgrade procedure. Indeed, you can simply disconnect the internet. This succeeded in the expected time, and updates were applied subsequently.

However, in your case, it sounds as if the upgrade or update succeeded.

The forum prompted you to state your current build number (so we don't keep having to).

Please could you do so to confirm what happened:
    win key + r, winver

You may see or check your build numbers here:

    - and also search that thread for yours.

    Will post version=1909(Partially--??)

Thanks for replying, I am not with the PC now, but I usually screenprint and save the updates as the new version appears, has to that, will post it. The other day I had the WAAS problem which had to do with updating, so on further thoughts I may have switched off the PC then before it was completely fully shuttted down, I rarely do that, but if I do its funny on next startup .

Note: What I experienced in the past over all the problematic updates hanging at a certain percentage, was that if I just pull the DSL cable to PC for 1 minute and reconnect, it then always completed the update, so I used that successfully in the past.

My version is 1909 displayed, but dates are confusing.

The dates as indicated confuses me a bit about version 1909-?

    Went ok...NET Framework difference

Similar updates today than previously with 1909, except this time I had to reboot before .NET framework was updated.
.NET framework updated quickly from 0-100% after reboot and other 3 updates installed.

    This time no problems.
