Why do you get that? MS won't tell you exactly. As the message you should have read tells you, MS deems there is an incompatibility in hardware or software between your PC and the new build.

I.e. it's better for you NOT to upgrade to it. There could be problems.

A list of some of the possible issues:

If you click on "Learn more" it will take you to a page that outlines the known issues. Go through the list and see if anything fits your situation. Most of the issues are with devices or device drivers.

    Alas, as I said: post #2 -

And the list of information won't necessarily represent everything MS uses to determine compatibility.

The idea is- you need to wait- MS is trying to protect you from known problems which will hopefully be resolved. You won't lose much by not upgrading. Patience.

Of course, if you're confident and want to try it at the risk of having problems, download the iso and manually install it. But take due precautions beforehand- the risk would then be yours, and to find a way back would be your responsibility.

Is the PC the one in your "My Computer" listing?

    Looks like mostly up-to-date hardware.

I'm a little dubious about the Creative Sound Blaster Z. Do you have the latest drivers installed for that?

I wonder whether you'd have to turn off the Norton package to get the update to install? (I've avoided Norton for years, assuming that it burdened the PC too much.)

You could also try downloading the .iso and updating from that. It's less foolproof.

    Best of luck.

    Thanks guys

My PC changed a little I am on 3800x with x570 board now. Last creative driver does not work on windows 10 and reported it to creative many times but they say it has no problem so I am using older driver.

As for norton I was on windows defender for a week and I just got Norton license yesterday. BTW norton today is completely different than few years ago it is very good now.
