After upgrade 2004, very slow and infinite startup, after 15 minutes I am forced to restart and restarting windows 10 start without problems.This only happens at startup with the computer turned off.This is my event list.What can I do to fix it?

[2] Are you sure that it is NOT running WU's?
[3] there is NO event list attached!

Yes i confirm i try again but same result.
So i repeat my step...
This is my situation.. i have win10 pro 1909 and update to 2004.
In image config you can see update page.
I install success 2004 but every time i start pc for first time windows arrive to login and rest in this situation with with the cursor turning infinite. So i reset computer and arrive to login and access to desktop.
This happened only when Turn On the Computer. I try 2 time swith same result.
I try also di disable all app on startup and service but the problem remain
