Windows 10 Error - 800703F1-2000A how to fix? Second try :)

    Hi,

I'm glad to be a part of this forum, after somewhat lurking for a few days trying to find a solution I have decided to post a request for help.

Im trying to upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 via the automatic upgrade app.

I have completed the process twice. The first time it failed with the error - 800703F1
I found that this 'may' be caused due to limited hard drive space, my drive was 90% full.

So I removed around 200GB more and tried again. It failed again with the error code stated as - 800703F1-2000A

Im sure this is not just a hard drive capacity problem as there is plenty of space available.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated :)

Apologies for the 'bump'. Just wondering is anyone has had this problem and perhaps successfully resolved it?

I don't have a solution as such, apart from relaying my experience.
I encountered that recurring error once during a VM upgrade from Win7 - got flustered eventually, and just deleted the VM and started from scratch with a clean Win7 SP1 install and upgraded fine after that.
