June Updates KB4561600 and KB4557957 fail to install

I am hoping someone can help...yesterday and today, I cannot get the Adobe Security update KB4561600 and the June Cumulative Update for 2004 KB4557957 to install. KB4561600 errors during install with x8007012f, KB4557957 errs with x8000ffff. I have downloaded both updates and installed them standalone, and the vent log shows "Catastrophic Error", 2147549183. I have tried running the Windows Update batch file from here, Reset_Reregister_WIndows_Update_Components.bat; I have manually stopped the Update services wuaserv,bits,cryptsvc, and deleted the folders the troubleshooting recommended. I have tried running Troubleshooter for Windows Update (noe it didn't have it as "Recommended"), it says this:



As you can see from this graphic I had no trouble last month, and for a long time. This just started. What should I try next? Thanks!

Thanks, but no luck Event Log still says

could not be installed because of error 2147549183 "catastrophic error"

I have done just about everything I can find on anyone's list! Help!

After trying many people's lists of how to reset Windows Update including the one from @Jacee, I finally did the Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade Installation & Upgrade by Shawn Brink. What a great tutorial! Other than going in and turning off Defender and the Firewall just in case to speed things up when it was "Getting Ready", this worked flawlessly. I went from a busted 19041.264, to a repaired 19041.84. I was then able to go into Windows Update, and about five updates installed perfectly including the May and June cumulative updates, so now I am on 19041.329 and all is running well! All my data, settings and apps were preserved 100%. I have used the tutorials before, but this one really saved me. Hopefully this helps someone else having the same problem as I did. Thanks!
