    Also make sure you have downloaded version 1903, the one you are now running.
    Or simply download 2004 and upgrade to it.

    DISM /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:E:\sources\install.wim /index:1
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim:1

    The path is correct. Upload the following file:

    The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    You can compress it (zip) then click 'Go Advanced' then clcik the paperclip icon.

    There are tutorials about screenshots and attachments.

    I am too stupid to get anything from the log file. I have given up. You may try the following:

    So i downloaded the file and ran ImageHealth.cmd
    I did step 1 & 2
    When I did step 3 it says:

    ===============================================================================
    No Installation Media Found

    Mount Media ISO or Insert DVD or USB flash drive and run this option again.
    ===============================================================================
    Press any key to continue . . .

    I'm kind of stuck. I dont know what to do for this step.

    Right-click on the ISO file and select "Mount": Mount or Unmount ISO and IMG file in Windows 10
