An upgrade of Windows has fixed this update failure.

If you choose to run the DISM commands they may or may not fix the update failure.

When using the Microsoft media creation tool it is in esd format (not wim).

Other iso download websites are typically in wim format.

The command that is used depends upon the source file: (esd vs wim)

    See option #2 section #7
Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

The "install.wim" file is in the ISO file from which Windows 10 was installed.
If you have no ISO file, use the following software to download it.
    www.heidoc.net/php/Windows-ISO-Downloader.exe
OK i just downloaded and inputed E into command prompt, here is the results below:

I think it is Windows 10 Home

it says "The Windows 10 Home operating system and its user interface are protected by trademark and other pending or exisitng intellectual property rights i the us and other countries/regions."

Also says Windows 10 Home when right click "this PC" and hit properties

Also make sure you have downloaded version 1903, the one you are now running.
Or simply download 2004 and upgrade to it.
