at this moment I have no AV or Malware software as it is out of the box OS.

Hi, you can try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and post the result.

It's unlikely it will fix the problem, but you might be lucky..

    See:
Windows 10 upgrade failed? Use these 5 tools to find the problem and fix it fast | ZDNet
Scroll down to and follow the compatibility checker steps, then run setupdiag.exe as described to see if that produces anything useful.

Please state the model and approximate age of your PC and post its drivers page.
    Thanks.

Again please run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and post a screenshot of the result.
Unfortunate no logs were produced. Try

Open Powershell as Administrator, then run the following command:
    get-windowsupdatelog
This will generate a log file usually on the desktop.

Your Mobo appears to be from around 2019, so shouldn't be a problem.

    Try
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10
    and attempt the update

Possible Solution: Networking Reset Detected Reset Your Networking Configuration - Not run

We were unable to detect your networking issue; however, we can reset your
computer's network configuration for you as a possible resolution. This will remove any virtual adapters that you have installed and will reset all network settings to their default values.
    - Troubleshooter- I've not seen this one before- worth researching.
Suggests maybe an erratic connection- perhaps resulting in broken downloads?

You can download the updates manually from the link below the article in the tenforums News section for that update.

That way you can be sure of avoiding download issues.

The update log contains 4 failures which appear to relate to the network.
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...rror-reference
    offers error numbers: unfortunately
80010106, 800F0982 are not listed there

    but 0x80248014 says
WU_E_DS_UNKNOWNSERVICE An operation did not complete because the service is not in the data store.

Are you using WSUS as a source?

I will reset all my network connections to see if this helps

I will go and try to find the links to download form.

No I am trying to download straight from Microsoft

As I suggested, perform the reset, attempt a manual download and update.

Finds for those errors result in references to WSUS, curiously. Problems in obtaining the updates, anyway.

ok I have tried a manual update and a auto update from Microsoft and both failed.

I have then look in Eventviewer for help but that was none helpfully.

Question were are you saying to research about WSUS errors when I am not using that services.

No, merely that searching for the errors in the WUpdate log consistently gave threads where people were using WSUS
    .
Feel free to inspect the log file, search for 'Failed' and search for strings found for clues.

The troubleshooter message also could be worth investigating.

You could try Tweaking.com's free repair tool, selecting only the Windows Update repair option. This has sometimes helped people.

And you could try an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data and most settings. Tutorial available.
