As it says.....my updates look like it says tried 3 different times and nothing updated. Not sure if it didn't and can't see it. Not that PC savvy. Tried a standalone file and said not compatible or something. I'm trying to run a couple of apps that all of a sudden not opening?

Go to Turn on or off Windows Features. Put a check box in the .NET Frameworks click OK. this should install them, then restart your computer. Run Windows Update again. If having problems still, on the left panel choose Troubleshoot. click Windows Update troubleshooting.
I looked at this a few days ago and it didn't quite make sense to me, it says framework but is it actually the frame work. I's worded different?

I checked that box....it completed fine, then rebooted. Went back to the windows features and that Net Framework was unchecked again and windows updates didn't find anything? The program i was trying still didn't open.
No error with updates, just said was all up to date. Looked at the firewall and let that program in but nothing. It's just a tiny program that monitors my GPU temp..it installs fine just doesn't open anymore from the last 4 days.
