I hope this finds everyone doing well.

Since our Firm has started working from home the Help Desk has received multiple reports of our operating systems downgrading from Enterprise to Pro. We first discovered this as Direct Access was missing from network options. One of our admins created a script that reapplies our license but I'd like to find out why it is happening in the first place.

I cannot say if we've had any repeat offenders, but it has become a common issue. It does not appear to correspond with password changes (although, you can't always trust the information you get) or updates our msp has pushed.

Has anyone run into this before or have an idea of where we can begin with trouble-shooting/preventing this issue?
