    It's always worth checking the TenForums thread on each Cumulative update before deciding whether to install it or not. In these threads, you'll see both moans & reports of having no moans so I find them useful in reaching a decision.

    KB4550945 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.815 and v1909 build 18363.815

    And, if you are not using WU to download & install your updates, always check for an entry in the thread about SSUs under the heading How to get this update.

    By the way, it is only the Patch Tuesday [2nd Tuesday of the month] Cumulative updates that contain security updates. So your default position can usefully be to ignore the interim ones like KB4550945.
    {I understand that only the Patch Tuesday ones will be issued from May onwards}

    I never consult these forums about updates, you will only develop a form of paranoia doing that.

    It is a cumulative update which checks what has been done and maybe updates previous updates or whatever.

    It installed on mine with no problems, however my hardware + software is only 0.00000001% of PCs installed with Windows 10, so of no use to you at all.

    can you provide an executive summary about what it does?
    Or is it just some generic windows patching.
    which is the case I realize.

    Try3 gave you a link to to the thread. And despite what Helmut said, the thread is full of useful information. If you don't want to read the thread that's on you
