Windows Update is downloading 1809 on my 1803 system?

    Hello, so I was able to upgrade this system from 1803 to 1909 using the ISO installation package. I do now have a serious problem with one of the user profiles. There are 6 users configured on this system and all but one are fine, but my daughter's (she is the primary user of this system) cannot be logged in. When selecting login the screen flashes "logging out" and then is back to the login screen. I will open a new thread for this problem since it's different from this thread.

    It looks like your daughter's account is damaged. Try to check the disk for errors and fix them. If the problem persist, then you have to create a new user account, copy-paste all the data from the old user folders to the new respective folders, and then use the new account and delete the old. To access a user's files from another user (with administrator rights), open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\username
