    boot problems


    .why am I getting black screens saying update uwp, and update edge when I reboot?

    I'm running win 10 pro on an HP desktop P6644y with 2 tb memory. Spent an hour yesterday with Microsoft Windows help, they had me disable updates, and run scannow, . Made no difference. Any other potential positive action ideas?

    A little more information would be nice, how long have you had the computer/is it still in warranty? The description of it is a bit off, the 2TB refers not to memory/RAM/Random Access Memory [probably 4GB or 8GB, maybe more] but to the storage capacity of the drive and whether it is an SSD/Solid State Drive or HDD/Hard Disk Drive. The confusion between storage and memory is in both use the terms of Bytes/KiloBytes/MegaBytes/GigaBytes/TeraBytes to describe amounts.
