    Update W10 Pro From V.1809 to V.1903...

I have a relative that has a PC running W10 Pro v.1809 and he doesn't want to update to v.1909, but wants to update to v.1903 until v.1903 reaches EOL. V.1809 support ends on 05/12/2020 and v.1903 ends on 12/08/2020. I don't have his system specs. available, but I'm pretty sure it's an older HP tower. I've read the tutorials regarding creating a bootable USB drive, but am unable to get a v.1903 set of files. My initial counsel would be to wait until early May and have WU do an update to v.1909. Have I missed something? Thanks.

    Jamis,

If they update to 1903, the update to 1909 is an optional update that triggers the features for 1909. Optional, so it will not be automatic.

KB4517245 Feature Update via Windows 10 v1909 Enablement Package

Take a look at this and see if it answers your question.
