Feb 18 2020 KB update install leads to crash

OK updated with KB 4532693 + KB4537759 + KB4538674 today.
Then computer went doolally going to ASUS SSD drive page saying crash / failure imminent. Never happened before.
Uninstalled KB 4532693 + KB4537759, but now left with KB4538674 as well as KB4528760. Neither of which can be deleted by routine uninstall of manual cmd command. If I switch computer off when the ASUS SSD drive page saying crash / failure imminent occurs and then re-switch on - everything works OK. This has shades of when a previous KB screwed up many people's antivirus about a year ago. I know I ended up removing Avira.
So anyone else having a problem and if so how do I uninstall the two KB's if neither uninstall or cmd as per How to Uninstall Windows 10 Updates Manually doesn't work.

Have tried going to Control Panel - Uninstall Program - View Installed Updates
And select the update - Then select Uninstall
Does that work for you?

as above - tried that and failed.
tried cmd command as administrator as per link also didn't work.
trying system restore now

using another cmd route command KB4538674 as well as KB4528760 cannot be uninstalled.
So screwed.
Last February when another KB update screwed many people's antivirus we all went through this. I've tried troubleshooters in start up - again no avail as to trouble shoot.
So stuck.
Intel diagnostic tool for CPU is a pass.
So once again a Windows update screws one's computer.
Time for Linux methinx.

seemingly only happens on 'restart' not after 'shut down' sounds like a hanging loop - once again. Well done microsoft.
