Wi-Fi can have drop-outs [lose connection] at various times, no way to know just when. It can happen with the adapter in the computer or the Router. It can happen from radio-type interference from known or unknown sources/devices. An example I experience with one of my Notebooks is from running the microwave oven but only lasts for about 10 seconds after the oven stops. I watch the Internet icon in the Notification Area to note when it happens.

May i ask, is there a way to fix this issue? for me to update my OS via Wifi?

About the only way is to figure out what the cause of the disconnecting is and fixing it. Downloading a file for offline installing also won't be reliable due to the disconnects.
