Microsoft Account Web Page Says "Windows not up to date"

I have a Windows 10 tablet, notebook and desktop. Only the desktop has this problem. All are on Version 1909.

When I bring up the Microsoft Account Web Page, it shows that Windows is not up to date on my desktop P/C and that updates are available. I always install the updates, and when I check for updates via the desktop's setting screen it show that it is up to date. When I look at the Update History, is shows that all the updates have been installed.

The only possibly related issue is that on only the desktop, I occasionally get a notification that there is a problem with my Microsoft Account. I get this message despite having turned off the Shared Experiences settings (as recommended).

Any ideas?

That is where is says "Updates Available" among other settings.

As I said, when I click on Check For Updates, any updates that are out there are downloaded and installed, and Update History shows them all successful. I just went through that again for these images. The Microsoft Account page shows that Windows is not up to date.

Run "Dism++". Under "Control Panel", click on "Updates"-->"Scan".
