Update history missing or incorrect (maybe?)

3 or 4 days ago I upgraded a couple computers from Win 10 1903 to 1909. Update history is blank. Maybe that is normal since no maintenance has been installed since the upgrade. But if I click "Uninstall updates" I get a list of 6 updates, all with an install date of 1/9/2020 - about 2 weeks before the upgrade. (I downloaded the 1909 MCT on 1/23/2020.) I assume these fixes were downloaded during, and incorporated into the upgrade.

    Update:
I just installed some maintenance and it does show in the update history so I assume maintenance downloaded and installed as part of the upgrade is not listed. I can sort of understand that. But why does the maintenance show in the Uninstall list with a date 2 weeks before the install?

Normally in build upgrades the Update History would be reset so only updates to that build would remain. However, 1903-1909 is an 'enablement package' - the first of its kind.

That therefore appears in a list of 1903 updates in build 1909, so reverting to 1903, in this case, is simply uninstalling what is listed as if it were an update.
