I install a clean version of windows 10 then after that I tried updating windows after clean instal but the leading is stuck at 96% for a few hours so i restart it and after resateting it, its says 0% now.
How to fix this isue

How do you fix it? As you've done a clean install, it's unclear what might be the problem.
a. You haven't said, despite the forum's very clear prompt, what your build is. Please state that.
b. Further, all we know is you've a laptop. Model? Age? Driver page? All these could help.
Click 'My computers' below my post for comparison.
c. Do you have other Windows devices using the same internet connection? Do these update satisfactorily?
d. Where did you get your bootable medium with which you installed Windows?
e. Was your laptop previously running Win 10 and updating satisfactorily?
f. After the clean install, how much free space do you have on C: ?
g. Roughly how fast is your internet connection? Are there any other simultaneous users?
h. Please check your disk. Download, install and run this:
Download HD Tune 2.55
- use the Health and Error Scan tabs and report the result.
i. Were you having problems that led to you clean installing Win 10?
