Unable to activate new Windows 10

Hi,
I bought a brand new copy of Windows 10 Pro OEM 64 bit.

I popped the DVD in for a clean install and it installed ok. For the last couple of days, I've had no issues until today where it tells me it is not activated.

I've tried reinstalling the activation key and all I get is an error saying "unable to activate windows because you dont have a valid licence or product key (0x803f7001). I've copied exactly as on the sticker ont he DVD.

I've attached the results on Licensing diag. In this file, it lists 'ActivePartialProductKey : 3V66T' but this is not the key I'm entering!!

Has anyone encountered this or know why it suddenly doesn't like the key the key I entered???

It is version 1909.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I bought os an Amazon seller. Original packaging which looks legitimate!!
I'll have to try and get an ISO sorted and give that a go. Bit of a pain as I've just reinstalled my files back on it but I guess that is the only option I have at the moment....

Yep, been through here with no luck...

What version have you installed if its not 1909 you can download the latest version and update without loosing data or files

It appears your Digital licence got uninstalled for some reason

Re-install it by going to Settings ->Update & Security -> Activation -> Change product key

If you Enter your key on the DVD sticker. (? the one ending in *****-*****-*****-*****-BWP7P) does it give the 0x803f7001 error?


Edit:
The above is to obtain a digital licence but one can bypass it with a valid Win 10 key.

Run the following one after the other at command prompt:

slmgr.vbs -upk
slmgr.vbs -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx (your OEM key)
slmgr.vbs -ato

Tried changing the product key as you suggested.
slmgr.vbs -upk went through ok but I got the following error after slmgr.vbs -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx (your OEM key)


Tends to imply the product key is wrong but I typed it in correctly - several times!!

Just reinstalled via an ISO from the microsoft website hoever I still have the same issues...
