There are ways to measure the execution time of a CMD:

I cannot explain why there were no timestamps for "started" and "finished", as I am no CMD guru.
Neither am I but I thought you could give an example of the time span it took to run the CMD like "a blink of an eye" or "a sec or so", no problem I just thought you could express a feeling on how long it took.

    "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" "-SignatureUpdate"

    1. When I pressed "Enter" with one hand, I pressed my stopwatch button with another hand.
    2. It read "Signature update started . . ." immediately.
    3. After a while, it read "Signature update finished." and I pressed my stopwatch button immediately.
    4. My stopwatch read "0:00 21", which denotes twenty-one seconds.
