It can be important to know the full numbers for the version, hold down the Windows key and press R, type winver and press Enter. Post the full line of numbers on the resultant panel. What you have posted suggests you don't have the latest Version.

It may not yet be automatic but I'd check for updates, should see a line that says something like downloading a optional update just under Check for updates, click it and see if it runs. After the install [might take awhile] check if the activation issue has been solved.

Run this cmd within powershell with adminowershell “(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey” Or wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey if using cmd prompt. Or:Check this program to reveal if there’s a key embedded in the BIOS:Download Windows 10 OEM Product Key Tool - NeoSmart Technologies run this to see what is currently installed & post a screenshot:Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter: slmgr.vbs /dlv This will show a popup showing whether your license is OEM, Retail, or Volume amongst other information.

Great. There might’ve been a problem with the servers. With the approach of Christmas maybe people are purchasing new PCs..
