Some Settings are Managed by Your Organisation Message

I'm trying to fix a PC running v 1903 Build 18362.476. I've started seeing the message shown below. Drivers updates are allowed in Advanced System Properties. there is no Group Policy set and I've run the batch file in Option 2 of this tutorial Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

Any ideas how to fix this?

Update - I just fixed this. The Group Policy setting below was set to Not Configured. I set it to Disabled then back to Not Configured and the nag message disappeared. I've no idea why this fix worked!

    Hello Steve,

If you like, you could use the method in the tutorial below to reset Windows Update to see if it may clear this policy. It also includes resetting Windows Update policies back to default.

Thanks - now fixed - see my edited post 1. Any idea why my fix worked or why the issue spontaneously appeared?

    Great news.

Since you used the .reg file, you would have needed to restart the computer to apply.

Toggling it in gpedit would apply immediately.

I did restart after your useful batch file but that didn't fix it!

    Odd.

Something else may have been applied that togging it in gpedit cleared.
