Unable to install update from Microsoft Update Catalog

Sorry if this is in the wrong place was not sure if this would be something to post in the Windows Updates and Activation forum.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was using Belarc Advisor to get information about my computer and it says I'm missing 1 Windows Security Update ( Microsoft security update: KB4524569), when I check Windows Update it says I up to date so I click the linked provided by Belarc which takes me to page page on the Microsoft website titled "Servicing stack update for Windows 10, version 1903: November 12, 2019." and click on the link to install the update from the Microsoft Microsoft Update Catalog, select the right version for the system, download it, but when I try installing it I get an error message that says " Windows Update Standalone Installer: This update is not applicable to your computer." So what do I do?

Windows Version: 1903 (OS Build 19013.1122) Windows 10 Pro

From doing a little reading, sounds like you already have a previous 'Latest Cumulative update' which may already include the latest installer files.
Try finding the most recent LCU on your machine. You could try and remove or uninstall it. Then see if the KB4524569 installs, or just ignore it. Just a thought

I looked at my update history and KB4524569 does not show up there or does it show up when I go to uninstall an update.

KB4524569 SSU was necessary to install KB4524570 CU, which raised the Build to [Version 1903] 18362.418 or [Version 1909] 18363.476

Since you are on Build 19013.1122, you are way past that stage so the SSU is indeed not applicable to your computer.

I have no idea what Build 19013.1122 is and I note that you are using Insider updates. I am not an Insider but perhaps somebody who is can also chip in on this point.

By the way, Settings, Update is not a good place to see lists of updates. Go to Control panel, Programs & features, View installed updates instead.

If you want to see a list of available updates for your computer, use WUMgr rather than Belarc

Okay I'll just ignore it since i'm on Build 19013.1122, and way past that stage so the SSU, so KB4524569 isn't applicable to me.

If you want to find out more about Build 19013.1122 please see this link.

I did get a list of updates by going to Control panel, Programs & features, View installed updates and it says "No updates are installed on this computer."

Thanks I'll be sure to check out WUMgr for a list of updates I have installed. I use Belarc for system specs and it just happens to list updates I have and need.

That is unusual. I would only expect to see that after a clean install of Windows 10.

No - WUMgr is an alternative to Windows update, it tells you which relevant updates are available for your computer. So you only download relevant ones in future. WUMgr can handle the download for you or you can use its list to go to the MS update catalog [I tend to do the latter].

Yeah I have to say it is unusual as well and okay I guess I misunderstood what WUMgr was, but it is showing I have no relevent updates available for my computer.
