Update help

I got a message to restart to update computer.. Windows 10 I believe 1903. So I restart and it freezes, force a restart, freezes again, force another restart, then I realize it's installing a fresh Windows 10, but this froze also..

Now I can't get anything. I start the computer and it spins and spins then stops..

Any ideas how to get back to normal.. All my updates freeze when almost done..

I did some searching, and what you say here is what I found. I followed the instructions, and after I was done the computer came up the way it was before.
