    - sure- the original poster isn't...

And note comment about throttled delivery - which presumably could affect 'seekers' too:

The steps I have taken do not prevent Windows Update MiniTool, WAU Manager, and Update Manager for Windows from finding available updates. They have found Windows Defender updates, security updates, cumulative updates, and driver updates but no feature update.

As pointed out in my earlier post here there's the possibility the update may be blocked for compatibility reasons.

This is the first time that MS have issued an 'enablement package' (KB4517245) through windows update. As such WUMT and the others may not be able to recognise and handle this new type of update.

KB4517245 is not available from the Update Catalog, the only reliable way I know of to get a link to download it from Microsoft is to go to UUPDump.

As my late mother used to say to me, frequently, "patience is a virtue" and indeed she was right.
I am about to restart to finish installing 1909 Feature Update.
    Thanks everyone.

Running 1909 now on the Asus 2in1 and it works fine. Not noticed anything different. install completed in under 3 minutes, anyhow it was fast.
I also installed Edge Chromium and it lost the beta symbol on the icon, I like the new Edge Chromium.

You can convert a web page to an app, useful for Amazon prime video.

Now I just need the courage to start upgrading my Windows 7.
We aren't expecting any major updates to Win 10 before January 20 I hope?

The Feature update to 1909 does not appear on my Desktop (a 6700K CPU not old incompatible hardware) but I got it and installed it on my Dell laptop this morning and two days ago on a client's laptop I was working on.
