Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-08C not installing

In the long run that is the optimal decision as Microsoft has changed the partition structure on clean installs to make it easier for future upgrades.

I tried the latest ISO via USB install, however after it installed the system files and rebooted it would stop at the Black screen with the windows logo. When i installed this version it installed. I only have access to the enterprise ISO's.

I ran the following and all appears clean.
