Hi, try the Windows Update Troubleshooter (which you can find in Settings). Post the results.

    Then try
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

and run the troubleshooter again and post the result.

How are you trying to install the update?
    a. using Windows Update
    b. by downloading it and manually installing it

What is your Windows build number?

    Hello....no luck
Soo....i reset windows update....and then i run troubleshooter that dont find any problem.
After that i try again to install the KB4522355 update and still gives me the error.
My build now is SO 18362.418...but after the restore i made was SO 18363.446 with the KB4522355 install ...soo the build downgrade with the restore i made.
    Also i try:
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth.....with no luck and try manual update too...

I'd suggest you perform an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data. You could try all sorts of things and waste time trying... no guarantees of course, but if that doesn't help, there's not a lot left.

    Tutorial available if needed.

(The two replies above cover the same ground I think- the reset WU is more comprehensive)

To find a tutorial you go to Tutorials at the top, this link
    Windows 10 Tutorial Index

    then search that page for
    in-place

    and you should find it.

Problem solved with an in-place upgrade repair install.
All the apps and settings and everything is in the place.
    Great help from you.

    Thanks

Now's a good time to create a base disk image (first of set) with e.g. Macrium Reflect (free/paid) and continue that practice routinely e.g. with differential images until the next major build.
