    cant update to 1903 (Error 0x800f0900)


    I'v been trying to get Windows 1903 but no matter what I do I just keep getting Error 0x800f0900 please help

    Hi, welcome to tenforums. Some basic information will help a little.

    a. What is your current Windows build? Settings, About
    b. How are you trying to upgrade?
    - by having downloaded and by using a 1903 iso file (if so how did you download it?)
    - by using Windows update
    - some other way
    c. Have you received any notification or prompt from MS/Windows update to upgrade to 1903?
    d. Has Windows Update been working normally to date?

    Please provide the following screenshots:
    a. Update History
    b. Using Minitool Partition Wizard or similar (NOT Disk Management) provide a full screen screenshot of your partitions, making sure all text is fully visible.

    How much free space do you have on C: ?
    What security software are you using?

    Please complete your system specs. See mine (click My computers below by post) for example. Freeware progs like Speccy, HWinfo will help if needed. Tutorial available (in Tutorials section).

    Have you tried upgrading with Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

    Open the Command Prompt as a administrator and execute below commands one at a time:

    Code:
    Dism  /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth 

Sfc /scannow
