Strange Message in Activation Area on my Desktop Machine

Strange Message on Desktop Machine in Activation area, i haven't even entered any new product keys or anything, nothing since last clean install months back, Last April or May 2019



Nothing Found with MalwareScans so far, but i can run more later tonight, or grab an offical ISO with Media Creation tool and do a complete clean install of 1903, and just wait til 1909 is offically released, i didn't even try to install any of the 1909 UUPDUMP ISO's yet, so don't think that caused that issue

And Doubt my Switching between Avast/Defender so much last 6 months caused it, but i'll run some scans later on for peace of mind, then again may just redo the install for my own peace of mind later, but not sure yet.

I dont understand the problem its says activated OK the rest is if you want to change key say to upgrade or simliar

Yeah and i didn't enter any new keys, so was like why heck showing that for? i have no idea why it is, as i have not entered any new keys at all period. It's activated fine it says

Last 3 weeks tried to choose for myself which Antivirus liked and worked the best for my needs, swapped between Avast & Defender some, some uninstalls of other programs, some remote Desktop use from Android Phone via wifi in house here, when I was too lazy to get up outta bed to work on system.

I know for a fact I didn't enter any new keys though, so really confused why it says the message at the bottom there. Unless nothing to worry about, and fix when I do my upcoming clean install whenever 1909 final, or may do it early, not sure yet

I did it clean many months back, and i ended up doing another clean one today, and grabbed wrong USB Flash stick that i had laying on the desk here. One was 1903, and one was 1909 that i grabbed down that i wasn't sure on installing.

Well ended up doing a complete clean install, and issue is gone, as no longer showing in the Activation area there--How Windows got Confused previously I have no idea to be honest, that was first time I ever noticed that type of issue

System running great now, and hopefully stays this way for a long long time lol



And yes i'm gonna pick 1 Antivirus, Malwarebytes Free, and stick with it this time for sure

*Sorry took me so long to reply, was busy day lol*, but 90 percent of my most used software reinstalled, only Printer left to go, Video lan player for dvd playback, VirtualDj for Djing at times in Secondlife Multiplayer game, ((still have to restore music to storage drive) other than that think done
