Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates.

    Do you mean the Windows Update Troubleshooter didn't work and didn't appear, (nothing at all) or that it showed there was no problem?
    First off, thanks for the reply and help. Troubleshooter was showing "No Issues". So what I did was manually downloaded the newest "Slow" version of Windows. Installed. Same issue. Then I went and found this tool: Reset Windows Update Agent: a second look - gHacks Tech News ... Installed, and was finally able to take 3 updates. Boy was it slow, but it worked. Thanks again! I hope this tool is useful to others!

    That's pretty much what the Tweaking,com tool I suggested does, although that is perhaps more cautious, guiding you through registry backup and system restore before commencing fixes. Guess you didn't try that.

    Glad you found an alternative.
