Updates fail on clean Windows 10 installation

Hello everyone.
Just made a clean install of Windows 10 version 1903 on my laptop.
The system done some updates, but the following won't complete:

KB4516115 - Error code: 0x80070003
KB4514359 - Error code: 0x80070003
KB4515384 - Error code: 0x80242016

I tried to re-install Windows 10 again, and the same happens.
The system reboots, the update screen appears and around 10% will stop, reboot and display a notification that some updates failed. Tried re-install updates and some reboots. Also, tried sfc /scannow and Windows Updates Troubleshooting without luck. Any ideas?

Thank you @sbh7600 for answering! Just tried the above. It found again the updates, downloaded them and requested to reboot. After reboot, the process got to 7% and then a message "Reboot", and the next screen after reboot was the following:


Maybe it's something with the other update, the one with the different error code?
