Apparently that update is for Windows 10 Version 1803 which is soon to have support discontinued. We are now on Version 1903 Build 18362.356. Have read that it's being recommended to Upgrade to Version 1903 soon. A note: the Version number is the year and month, 2018 and March or 2019 and March.

my hands are tied because the updates are managed by a domain administrator, wsus etc.,
I've sent them about the problem a couple of days ago, but still no response from them..
