I found a DVI-to-VGA cable and it successfully worked around the HDMI blank screen bug! lol Now it's all blurry.
    Thanks for all the help.

Same behavior. Screens goes blank shortly after login.

Interesting, if I connect the DVI-to-VGA cable along with the HDMI cable. The HDMI shows the extended Desktop. But again, the HDMI part goes blank after a short duration and it's left with the single Desktop (in this case the VGA one) as if the HDMI monitor was not connected. It doesn't have a "no signal"; it's just blank. Sometimes I even get a "something was connected/disconnected sound" as the HDMI signal goes blank in this case.

There are log collectors used in another forum room.
Run each V2 and DM and upload results into this thread:

OK, I'm not sure what worked and what didn't but the DM seemed like it worked...after I finally figured out you needed to close the system info window to let it complete. BUT...it never creates some thing on the Desktop like it says it does.

The V2 seemed to not work. It always times out at the exact same spot (see below V2 CMD print).

    V2 CMD print:

Generating system information report, this may take a while...
    Downloading autorunsc...
    Launching elevated script...
    Running DirectX diagnostics...
    Exporting Application event Log...

    But,
I found that it creates a folder on the Desktop ( DESKTOP-A01AS8I-(2019-09-25_11-17-45) ). I placed it in the link below as well.

    The logs started on 9/20/2019.
There were unexpected shutdown /restarts displayed in the logs.
These can be seen in the logs for:
    a) manual power off
    b) BSOD
    c) Temperature/malfunctioning hardware

The previous system shutdown at 2:15:58 AM on ?9/?21/?2019 was unexpected.
    Date: 2019-09-21T20:50:39.870
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Check the date and time to see if this was a manual power off.

Open the computer manufacturer's website > support > enter the product or serial number or model > view drivers and BIOS > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

Acer has only tested drivers up through windows 8.
All drivers for Windows 10 are on a trial and error basis for performance.

Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

One of these may be the Realtek card reader.
If you don't use it then check for others.

Run Intel driver and support assistant to see if it finds any drivers that need updating:

That was a while ago and I don't remember, but I could have just pulled the plug.

I tried to do the latest one (or some other one as well) and it doesn't work. It tells me it's not compatible.

Yes, only the Realtek card reader gives the error. I don't use it.

    It didn't find any updates.

I found a DVI-to-HDMI cable which is a workaround to the problem. It doesn't have sound but I can attach cheap speakers I have that actually sound better than the ones from the TV. lol

Or I can reinstall 1803 and leave it at that forever...or until my TV / computer breaks and I guess :)

Unless you guys have any other suggestions.

Sometimes the latest drivers can be problematic.

Make a backup image using Macrium and save the image to another drive or the cloud:

Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

With a backup image you can perform trial and error steps to see if you can improve performance.

    For example:

Try an older operating system > return to the current operating system
Try older drivers > return to the current drivers
    etc.
