As the title said, I saw that KB4516421 was available, but I can't find any information on it. Does anyone know what this update fixes/includes?

The question is, "Are you feeling lucky punk?" as no one in the world seems certain what it does yet. (Except possibly Microsoft.)
Although it probably fixes sound issues in games as it apparently updates uac2formatreset.exe, with uac2 being USB Audio Class 2.
Or maybe the "uac" part refers to User Account Control? And "formatreset" refers to how that is displayed?

Thanks for finding that, but it says 1903 (as expected) at the top, not 1809:
